This document sets out all the terms, rights, and responsibilities for using the 8mbt platform — please read it carefully before signing up.

General Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 8mbt platform and the user. By accessing this site, registering an account, or using any service, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.
8mbt operates an online casino and sports betting platform for users in Bangladesh. The platform runs on SSL encryption and fair play principles, and protecting all user data is our priority.
Important Notice: These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
Eligibility and Age Requirement
To use 8mbt's services, you must meet the following conditions:

- Your account has not previously been closed or banned for any reason.

Account Registration & Management
Opening an Account
When opening an account on 8mbt, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited, and in such cases 8mbt reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the balance.
- Each user may operate only one account.
- It is the user's responsibility to keep personal account information (name, address, phone number) accurate and up to date.
- Keep your account password confidential and never share it with any third party.
- Report any unauthorized access to your account to 8mbt support immediately.
Account Verification
To ensure security, 8mbt may request the necessary documents for account verification at any time. These may include:
- A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
- A utility bill or bank statement for address verification.
- Verification documents related to your payment method.
8mbt reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete. Failure to cooperate with the verification process may result in account suspension.
Account Closure and Suspension
8mbt may close or suspend an account in the following circumstances:
- Any breach of these Terms.
- Suspicion of fraud, deception, or illegal activity.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Misuse of bonuses or promotions.
- Failure to complete account verification.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 8mbt support.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy
Deposits
Deposits on 8mbt can be made through convenient payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and others).
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.
- Funds are added to the account instantly after a successful deposit.
- There are no processing fees on deposits (mobile banking operators may apply their own charges).
- Deposits must be made from an account registered in the user's name.
Note: Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted. 8mbt reserves the right to cancel such transactions and investigate the account.
Withdrawals
Your account verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawal conditions:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for each method.
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
- The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.
- Winnings earned from bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal.
If fraud or money laundering is suspected, 8mbt reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal and conduct an investigation. Supporting documents may be requested in such cases.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Welcome Bonus
New members can take advantage of 8mbt's special welcome bonus. A 200% bonus on the first deposit is provided up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
- Deposit ৳6,000 or more → maximum ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳11,000.
Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
General Bonus Usage Policy
The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions:
- A bonus offer can be claimed only once per household or IP address.
- If a withdrawal is made while a bonus is active, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.
- If bonus abuse is found (for example, repeatedly playing the same game to place risk-free bets), the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be closed.
- 8mbt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Bonuses cannot be converted to cash.
VIP Program
There are four VIP tiers for regular and loyal 8mbt members — each tier comes with special benefits including weekly cashback:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play Policy
Permitted and Prohibited Activities
To ensure fair and transparent gaming on the 8mbt platform, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using any software, bots, scripts, or automation tools to play games.
- Intentionally exploiting system or software errors or bugs.
- Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
- Coordinating with other players to defraud the platform.
- Any form of fraud, chargebacks, or money laundering attempts.
If any of the above activities are detected, 8mbt reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.
Software and Technical Issues
If a game result is affected by a software or communication failure, internet disconnection, or any other technical issue, 8mbt reserves the right to void that round. In such cases, the bet amount will be refunded.
8mbt makes every effort to maintain the technical reliability of the platform, however the service may be unavailable for a limited time due to maintenance or upgrades.
Sports Betting Rules
Betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi is available on 8mbt. For sports betting:
- Bets are settled after the result is determined.
- If a match is postponed or cancelled, the rules for that bet will be determined according to the conditions of the specific market.
- 8mbt reserves the right to cancel bets placed with incorrect values or erroneous odds.
- Specific time limits and additional conditions may apply to in-play betting.
Responsible Gaming & Self-Control

8mbt's total liability shall in no circumstances exceed the actual funds held in the relevant account.
Dispute Resolution

8mbt reserves the right to amend, change, or update these terms at any time. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify users via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
Severability and Entire Agreement
If any part of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between 8mbt and the user and replace any prior oral or written understandings.
